Here it is again! Yes, we are mentioning this a lot because it’s important! We often hear skepticism about our availability. Things like “this cannot possibly be the case” or “really?”, but we have plenty of references that will verify it is true. Why hire a support provider if they will only support you when it is convenient for them? That makes no sense! You hire a support provider because you want the peace of mind that you’re going to have help when you need it – no matter when that might be. Cubla understands this and we also expect the same from our vendors. That’s just good business!

Yes! It’s true! At Cubla, we're all about cutting-edge technology, but don't worry, we haven't gone full robot (yet)! We proudly employ actual humans, complete with quirks, caffeine addictions, and even the occasional typo in an email (mainly due to too much wine). But hey, it's those very human qualities that make us relatable, right? We promise, when you call us, you won't get a robot demanding you press a number – just good, old-fashioned humans. Call us boring…but it works!

Onsite Support (and remote of course)

We think this is extremely important. Being onsite with a client is not just important; it's an invaluable aspect of our service philosophy. They want to resolve everything from their chair in their bedroom while watching Netflix on their second monitor. That’s not Cubla and never will be.

Yes, remote support is a service we provide and use daily, but there is no substitute for being onsite with a client.
