It is very difficult to explain what we do. The best way we have found is to simply say: we are the liaison between your business and the rest of the technology world. What does this mean exactly? It means whatever you need, whenever you need it, we can help.
People often say this, but rarely truly mean it. Literally in the next breath they’ll say, “we don’t do that” or “we can’t help with that”, but with Cubla it’s how we built our business. Need to move your business and have no idea where to start? That’s Cubla. Need to update your BMW in the parking lot with the USB jump drive they mailed you? That’s Cubla (actual client request). Building on fire at 3 am? That’s Cubla too (again, actual client request). It doesn’t matter and the list is very long. Most of our new clients rarely believe us so we just ask them one question: what is your largest problem right now. Let’s fix it. We just love helping people solve problems…any problem.
Cleanup is also something James absolutely loves to do. Auditing, cleanup of a purchased business, helping a client cleanup a situation that is complete chaos...this is his forte.
